For nearly 12 years now the DOL Commissioner and crony’s have not been administrating the RSA’s as the legislature intended. Legal practitioners are in cahoots. So is the AG and more, To wit:
Demand RSA 281-A:43c the injured, unrepresented worker’s free services by the Office of the Dispute Resolution Coordinator. The Law is RSA 281-A42c. This is a.k.a. office of the “Bull,” so read and think through. Compare it to what your lawyer tells you, Do not fall for any subversion trick.
The Commissioner and crony’s have also not been enforcing the companion law, RSA 281-A:56, which is in direct conflict with the statute. Legal practitioners are in cahoots. So is the AG and more. Demand the enforcement of this companion law RSA 281-A:56. This law punishes an employer for passing false statements across the threshold of the DO This is a.k.a. office of the “Dragon,” so read and think things through. Commissioners ploy sometimes requires the employer to deny everything on the Memo of Denial(MOD) EMPLOYEE STATUS AND CAUSE. And yes, the Legislature reqires any false statement to be punishment by the Dragon.
If they’ve already got you rolled up into this victimization via unrepresented, or via attorney, you likely are in danger. Your attorney is likely running you through tangent hurdles to evade the Bull and the Dragon to obtain a payday 20% or greater; After all you and the Bull, alone, can shake down your evil boss.
Once the lies are exposed, you win! But the rewards in W/C venue are meager. Employer Max. $2,500 fine. But you have another choice – Proceed in Superior Court e.g. Merrimack County or United States District Court, in Concord, NH. Extend the punishment 10 fold.
If you think you were unlawfully terminated, or your lawyer told you so, you have two years to file a claim. That claim can be made to the DOL, so you face a limited award. You have no restriction on filing in Superior Court or Federal District in Concord.
