There is hereby established under the department of resources and economic development a bureau of visitor service to carry out the recommendations made by the department of resources and economic development and the department of transportation under 2008, 32:1, relative to New Hampshire’s rest areas and welcome centers to ensure long-term viability of providing traveler service along New Hampshire’s highways.
