188-D:23 Waiting Period

Every contract that purports to bind any entity to pay money to a private postsecondary career school in return for training shall be construed to be a home solicitation sales contract under RSA 361-B and shall be subject to the provisions of RSA 361-B.

I enrolled in the Salter School of nursing, and dropped out on the 6th day. They are trying to charge me for the time there of $766.38. I was misinformed and mislead about different things and feel I should’nt have to pay that much money back if any at all. Do I have any rights in this matter?
